Bean notes: Blackcurrant, red plum and orange zest, with a brown sugar sweetness and a clean, black tea finish. Medium Roast The origin: Last month's Sumatra was all deep, earthy body. This month we've swung to the other end of the spectrum and gone up a tier. This is a single estate microlot from Yara Estate, grown at around 1,732 metres in the
