Fukushima empty A red door with guardianFukushima is a monoprint painting of the geological formations of that area. The Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant was built on this bedrock. This painting was inspired by my time spent in Japan after the 2011 Tsunami and Earthquake, the costliest natural disaster to date. The clean up at this power plant is ongoing.
