The format names matter more than the marketing: slims (about 7 mm circumference) sit between standard king size and super slim, super slims (about 5 to 6 mm) are the thinnest mass-market format, 100s are a longer 100 mm length common in slim ranges, and capsule packs carry a flavour-bead filter (Canadian flavour rules are narrower than abroad)
Replace Smoking with Healthy Habits When you feel the urge to smoke, engage in alternative activities, such as: Chewing sugar-free gum or snacking on healthy foods
Participants will be contacted by telephone 1 to 2 days in advance of their scheduled clinic visits during the titration phase to remind them of their upcoming appointment
